However, if you fail to prove your eco-friendliness to us, EcoBiz admin reserves the right to remove listings in order to maintain the quality of the site.

You need to complete your listing by adding as much information as possible. This improves your ranking in search, gives authority to your listing and improves trust with customers.
As an absolute minimum you need to include your proper business name, 3 images, business address, contact information & at least 50 words describing your business.
Always remember to keep your details up-to-date for search engine optimisation (SEO) and to help your customers.
If you want customers to find your business easily, you need to provide some important information, including:
Up to date business address, phone number and email address
Tags and keywords relevant to your business
Proper description of your business, products and services
Website address
Have you found your business on EcoBiz? Claim your business listing by clicking the “Own or work here? Claim Now!” button on the right hand side bar of the listing. It is completely FREE and easy. After claiming your business, you can update your business information and use all the functionalities of your selected plan.
Sign in and go to your User Dashboard. Navigate to the listings tab on the left panel and select change plan from the triple dot button on the right. You will be shown the different plan options and follow the prompts to complete your plan change.
Your business page includes loads of features such as images, contact info, address, events, tags, keywords, additional features, announcements, bookings, coupons, menus, opening hours, frequently asked questions (FAQs) etc. It is recommended that you update this information as regularly as possible with the latest info. This ensures potential customers can reach you, know when you are open and are aware of the services you provide.
Sign in and go to your User Dashboard. Navigate to the listings tab on the left panel and select edit from the triple dot button on the right. Edit the listing information as required.
Now that your business is listed on EcoBiz, you can promote it by placing an Ad. It can easily be done from the User Dashboard. Navigate to the ad campaigns tab on the left panel and select add new ad. Edit the required information and enjoy seeing your business featured on home page, search results page and side bars etc.
Although we accept businesses of all sorts in the eco-friendly niche, for a number of different reasons, there are certain businesses that we simply cannot accept onto our platform. Besides all businesses that do not fall into the eco-friendly niche, the following businesses will also not be accepted on EcoBiz:
Products or services that are illegal (prostitution, drugs, pharmaceutical and recreational, similar services)
Traditional medicines, reproductive medicines and similar services
Herbal and spiritual healers

You can use free software such as Photopea.com to crop and resize your images. Feel free to contact us if you need more information regarding this.
You can add appointments to you business listing directly from the User Dashboard. Navigate to the appointments tab on the left panel and select start now. Edit the required information and customers will be able to book appointments directly from the listing page.
Depending on the plan you have selected, certain listing features will be either enabled or disabled. For added functionality, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Also make sure your plan has not expired, because expired paid plans become free plans and then you could lose some functionality.
We are not responsible for your business information. Business owners are responsible for the correct info. You can login and edit your listing to correct the info. If your business is not claimed yet, you can claim it in order to gain access to your info.
You can respond to customers reviews directly from the User Dashboard. In line with industry standards, you can’t remove reviews. However, if a review is unfair, inappropriate or damaging, you can contact us to look into it.
Yes, we will always have a free option available and businesses are under no obligation to upgrade to the premium plan options.
The premium plans do offer many more benefits and features to help grow your business.
