Karoo Choice Grassfed beef comes from the happiest cows that only eat grass and bushes, drink the cleanest water and breathe the freshest air in the mountains of the Sneeuberg.
Our farming priority is good veld management. This in turn encourages biodiversity, better water management and healthy animals. The first time Karoo Choice cows leave the farm is the day they get turned into steaks – they are not “finished” with any grain products.
Our farming practices are predator and wildlife friendly and no predators are harmed on our farm.

This initiative allowed for the Public to buy directly from our full-fledged Compliant Processing Facility offering a succulent variety of Boerewors, Braai Wors, Hamburger Patties, Mince, Sosaties, Smoked Cheese Grillers, Steaks, Goulash, Ostrich Meat Range as well as our Best–Tasting Biltong & Drywors products, all at very affordable prices. Sold in Single Units or in Bulk Volume direct to the Public and Retailers.
